The St. Louis Arc employs more than 300 people who provide direct support to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. From college students working in our summer teen programs to people starting a new career, Arc employees are provided the training needed to be successful in this field.

We recently sat down with a few of the Arc employees and asked them what it meant to them to work at the Arc. They all admit the work they do has its challenges, but the reward is unmatched. These positions provide quality supports through ensuring health and safety, enabling people to make decisions, and assisting people to understand and exercise their rights.
