Paraquad Inc. provides 40 different services to help people with disabilities to be as independent as possible in their community. Paraquad collaborates with the Missouri Assistive Technology Council in providing reutilized durable medical equipment such as tub benches, wheelchairs, and hospital beds. Paraquad also serves as a location to complete paperwork for Missouri Assistive Technology equipment loans or financial loans to purchase medical equipment and can provide resources related to assistive technology. Assistive technology can include equipment such as: switches and mounts, computer adaptive and access devices, hearing devices, home modifications, visual aids, augmentative communication devices, aids for dailing living, and vehicle access modifications.
